Our services will focus on these tasks, in approximately this order, as time allows. Since the Social Media universe is constantly evolving, the specifics of our services will evolve to keep up with those changes.

- Notify you of any issues that need attention
- Add new posts or start new conversation threads occasionally, monthly, bi-weekly or weekly. Conversation material will come from:
- Your suggestions.
- Posts and questions from readers.
- Monitoring industry blogs & resources.
- Posts will emphasize quality over quantity.
- Search on Google for organization’s name to see if there's any good or bad press they need to know about; monitor Google alerts.
- Review competitor's social media presences, etc. to find ways to be proactive.
Example: For a restaurant, we might post updates on new menu items, monitor reviews and media mentions, and periodically send out special offers. We can start discussions about what people are looking for when they pick a place to go on Valentine’s Day or for a business lunch.
We are offering Daily Monitoring services at three weekly levels:
- 30 minutes (averaging two 15-minute sessions),
- 75 minutes (averaging five 15-minute sessions), or
- 150 minutes (averaging five 30-minute sessions).
We will go through tasks listed above in priority order, as allotted time allows. The pricing, which includes discounts for 3-, 6-, and 12-month commitments and a generous non-profit discount, is as follows:
